How to bring romance, a romantic vibe nowadays? It is not just about laces, frills or some innocent-transparency. Most of it, if not everything comes from inside, ourselves, with a big accent on that indispensable, primordial and "cannot be learn" attitude. Romantic should never be a synonym of passiveness, but a combination of humanity, strength and independence. Flounce can come after that, as a play.

There are three covers, three photographers (actually four) and one special guest for this bi-monthly issue by Vogue Paris, Vanessa Paradis. As the magazines describes in their preview: “Radiant and strong in front of the lens for Inez and Vinoodh, enigmatic for David Sims or flashing her trademark natural smile for Karim Sadli across three limited edition Vogue Paris covers, as a closet fan of kaleidoscopes Vanessa Paradis is a woman of many facets.”

This special edition challenges, as it did in the past with other fashion icons, like Ines de la Fressange or Kate Moss for instance, to co-ordinate the issue as a guest editor.

Why to post images we all already saw (mostly) everywhere? Simple...
firstly...they are the best photos from the "controversial" Vogue April 2014 issue*; too simple?
secondly...simple is always the best...simple lasts
thirdly...talking about simplicity - this is one example of a Spring-daily wear...all day long accompanied by great tailoring and even greater materials...comfort must not be an option anymore, but the most important thing

...and the last thing? How I would miss Daria**? N e v e r!

COME AS YOU ARE

Continuing with my concept: simple, natural and elegant is also the new i-D Spring 2014 issue, covering my favorite model, Daria Werbowy and photographed by always great Karim Sadli. Is there anything better? Do we need anything more? Sure,...to mind the message from the cover > Come as you are < means to me:

> Don´t pretend, just be yourself...always <

...for most of people it´s the hardest thing; but if you think, it´s harder to pretend to be someone else the whole time, than just be who you really are. Don´t you think? And I met lots of them - pretenders...people with no personality, willing to squeeze your persona, just because you think differently or look differently or act differently or... be different, be you and never turn your´s back on your persona.

This season magazines are making a sort of a tribute of my aesthetic, of what I like, the looks that are soooo me (remember here, here and here) ....and I am very, very happy for that. This editorial doesn´t make a difference. I am again in Love with all eight photos, 100% adore whole outfits/stylings that made me to want all shown in this editorial. Ok, now I am talking while daydreaming. In my case the reality is a great inspiration and a very limited (my bank account isn´t blooming) shopping aspiration (like from 100 things, pick 5 to buy) that I achieve from.

Once again (how annoying I am :P ): Love, love, love, ...Love!

When I simply dieeee of admiration and the aesthethic, when I see and editorial like this. We all know that beside beautifull photos, the main point of the editorial is also to sell clothes...and this editorial makes me to want ~~most of things~~ a n y t h i n g from this editorial. I simply ~~adore~~ LOVE it, the styling (love the soft of colors combination), the pieces...anything! Never happened this, even in this occasion. Those Céline sandals are already on my list...now the list become "a bit" larger! ;)
