LIKE A NEWBORN


J.W. Anderson made yesterday the last step of changing Loewe; changing in a way of modernizing it. It all started with the logo and the visual package then continued with a successful menswear collection and to end with womenswear collection; including also the preview of the S/S 2015 campaign, here as a top photo.  Step by step he completed the mosaic and made from the brand like a newborn.  He used cotton and linen combined with leather to elaborate them into organic shapes and earthy textures. Wide leg leather trousers pressed in the waist area with a judo-like belt, dresses and cape like suede tops with patches in the same material, clean-minimal trenches and voluminous, airy-light blouses. Everything looked minimal, fresh and very J.W. Anderson.
