Of the many wristbands by wearing different bra straps to tighten the corset laces that we are literally connected with and under the spell of fashion that the fetishism of man used in its design. In MoBA 13: Fetishism in Fashion will Li Edelkoort in collaboration with co-curator Philip Fimmano and assisted by Willem Schenk guided by the very special and - so far - unexplored world of fashion and fetishism.

Fetishism in Fashion

Li Edelkoort says about Fetishism in Fashion: " A ls great lover of clothing and textiles in particular, I decided to analyze the obsession with fashion and parse through a theme dedicated to the phenomenon of fetishism. An analysis of the need to explore and express ourselves, to cover and extract the most eccentric extremes to which the desire for beauty man can turn to the eye, looking for the strong connections that exist between the garment and the carrier, the passion that a pair of shoes can cause or emotional experience that the tactility of textiles can bring us. "
