DRIES VAN NOTEN F/W 2014/2015 WITH DETAILS

Two events in the same day for the same brand? Dries Van Noten executed it more than well, perfectly, in both occasions; first was the opening of his exhibition at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs*. The second one was the F/W 2014/2015 collection full, even more than that, of Dries Van Noten´s signature elements: over-present aesthetical vibes of the 30´s mixed with a glittery rock side, rave-acid colors and this time and add of athletic references – parachute details, his lovable MA-1 jacket and zippers on pants and blazers.  

Dries was always a master of mixing the unmixable: colors, patterns, materials into pieces with a great character; it´s not a styling thing here; his garments always work great as separates too, without losing a brand´s identity. Well done maestro.
