During the summer months my mind often wanders off to foreign countries and thoughts of travelling. One city I would absolutely love to go to, is Tokyo. For some reason or other, I normally connect Japanese style with Harajuku, Fruits and schoolgirls, along with coloured wigs and sailor dresses (which I’ve long been on a search for!)
Whilst on a random browse of Street Peeper I thought I'd take a closer look at some of the looks from Tokyo. I love the sense of playfulness about the outfits and of course, the appearance of the boater hat and an odd floral swayed me even more. Add some ripped denim, a sailor’s hat, a long waistcoat and you’ve got two of my favourite picks of the day.
I’ve also been looking at some beautiful photographs from Alix of The Cherry Blossom Girl on her travels in Japan, making me want to go there even more. Any recommendations for places to visit?
