1 ½ oz or 45 ml of your favourite gin
½ oz or 15 ml of fresh lemon juice
½ oz or 15 ml of domaine de canton infused with irani roses
½ oz or 15 ml of rose syrup
1 egg white

It´s not Friday, we know. Neither tomorrow is a free day, but really for a good drink once in a while needs to be exactly on those days? We guess not, especially if you didn´t try this one; something delicate at first look, but really refreshy and flavoury during this (upcoming) cold roughness. The procedure? As in (almost) all drinks, the easiest one!
Shake everything enlisted together and pour it into a coupe glass. Garnish (optional) with a rose petal to get an extra (visual) effect. Cheers!
