A SIMPLE PLEASURE

Paula Gerbase is known for her minimal and very particle clothes, focused on textures and precious fabrics. The last listed is normally hers first “guide” while putting together a concept of the new collection or shortly say that fabrics guide her. For the next winter she was focused on polyester fabrics among natural ones, like rib wool, shearling silk and cotton, of course, that helped her to achieve that harmonious contrasts of textures. The result is a collection of tailored coats and jackets, most of the tops featuring a subtle draping with some sheer ones among them, wrap skirts and soft fluid trousers in midi or maxi lengths.  The Saville Row trained designer offered us (again) a range of super functional and at first sight simple clothes that actually contain complex and precise tailoring, re-confirming this way why we adore her.
