Beau Bertens and Eline Ceelen are two Dutch
designers behind Vowel. Both working in
different fields of design, the two started in 2012 a collaboration in hopes to
build a new kind of visual language system. They explore various matters such
as science, philosophy and archaeology ― and by their sense of semiotics they
aspire to create an archive which functions as a meta-language.
