The pleating is becoming quite a huge trend for F/W 2015/2016 collections. The Miyake-trademark element was present also in Barbara´s latest collection. Actually there were two words “to shade” and complement each other; on one side was, already mentioned pleating-part, made of lean trousers, full skirts, dresses and tunics, to make the collection more airy, lighter but still structured and to be a good balance of the “heavy”, tailored pieces, like double-breasted jackets, leather pieces and long coats, on the other side. Easy and chic, as Casasola´s woman always is, but this time less rigid and more playful, spontaneous.
