LEMAIRE

...is the new name of the brand till now known as "Christophe Lemaire". To all of us that know the brand, its evolution, story and the team, this change is not a surprise. It was just a matter of time. About that and more novelties that will come up together with this re-branding, you can read from their official statement, released less than 24hrs ago:

" We are happy to introduce our new Lemaire logo.

As of today, Christophe Lemaire is now Lemaire. This new rewording marks the evolution and development of the brand. It is now a collective, independent project led by Christophe Lemaire and Sarah-Linh Tran, bringing together a team that is united by a shared work philosophy, with clothing at its core.

The logo is designed in Brown LL in a clean, composed layout that reflects the spirit of Lemaire. Lemaire creates synthetic, utilitarian clothing for everyday wear with calm, contemporary lines, which uphold the brand’s unwavering commitment to quality.

This evolution is accompanied by a new corporate design along with the launch of a new website and online boutique. “

Really, really happy about it...especially that (finally) there will be also an online-shop, where we all Lemaire Lovers will be able to buy the brand´s (I hope so) whole collection (accessories included).

The other novelty is, that the brand is starting with their in-between collections. Here is a preview of their upcoming, pre-fall 2015 women´s collection. "
