Ippudo was founded in 1985 in Japan’s ramen capital of Hakata by Shigemi Kawahara, the internationally renowned Ramen King. With over 80 stores in Japan, Ippudo is now spreading throughout the world its authentic ramen. Ramen is a Japanese noodle soup dish. It consists of wheat noodles served in a meat or (occasionally) fish based broth, often flavored with soy sauce or miso, and uses toppings such as sliced pork, dried seaweed, kamaboko, and green onions.
Ippudo brings the true and authentic rame-focused menu on variations of Ippudo´s well-known pork broth, alongside a selection of hirata buns and sushi. There´s a lovely free-standing bar´s offering of Japanese beer, sake and shochu.
