CHLOÉ F/W 2014/2015

After 2011, when Clare Waight came as a new creative director, Chloé became a synonym of girlish meets boyish; a garcon-ish like woman, but still very polished, still very Chloé. For the F/W 2014/2015 Waight upgraded a bit the look, by making the brand´s woman more wild and mysterious. She played a lot with colorful geometric prints, furry-fringed textures and some animal motifs, to some nice and fierce pieces, like the oversize leopard coat with colorful stripes or a white-wide coat with all fringed elements or even a big coat with a wide- open collar, made of ivory jacquard with a black and yellow houndstooth-like pattern. A big graphic time came with the gold, almost 3-d geometric metal applications on the ivory shirt, black skirt and on a final black dress. Beside mentioned statement pieces, there were also a lot of calm, sporty-vibe pieces in between, to ease everything a little bit. Leather shorts and blanket coats, Chloe´s trademarks, gracious culottes with lace inserts, float silk dresses and sweatshirts.
