Tim Soar took inspiration from origami for his spring/summer 2010 collection, an inspiration visible most notably in the shirts, with diagonal front-fold tailoring and concealed buttons, and the shorts, which were high-waisted and mostly linen, with a gentle rippled effect.
It was the trousers and shoes which stole the show: the former baggy with asymmetrical darts and pinched pleating at the waist and coming in swirling orange and black print, vertical stripes and glossy thunderbolt silver. The leg-length finished just shy of the shoes, which were leather and classic-looking from the front but with just a strap at the back in place of the heel.
Black vest tops also featured, as did white T-shirts with rucked-up sleeves, revealing the full arm. The dominant tone for the collection was glamorous sportswear, with unusual proportions seen in the unlined shorts and elbow-length sleeves on some of the shirts.
