Peter Pilotto S/S 2010 / LFW

Peter Pilotto and Christopher De Vos showed off deft tailoring and a skillful way with prints. The duo crafted sculptural silk minidresses, many of them with draped flourishes. One number, in a hazy sunset print, was wrapped sari-like around the body. There were also pleat-front trousers and sharp-shouldered jackets in the lineup for the first time. The signature prints, meanwhile, had a delicate, Impressionist quality.
