When I first discovered KTZ through Susie’s buys from Topshop’s EDIT section, I was drawn in by the gem embellishments. And it was my magpie instinct that first attracted me to their AW09 collection entitled ‘Future Ghost Tribal’, especially with the studding and pearl-covered dresses.
Not only that, the appearance of double denim, in some cases triple denim, made me delve even deeper into the lookbook images. I love the textural effect of the denim and the tribal patterns acting as part of one of the core themes within the collection.
I actually only just found out that Marjan Pejoski is one of the two designers behind the label, working together with Sasko Bezovski. Definitely a winning combination - I'm going to investigate further into those printed tights...
