Kristina Schäuble has just graduated from the Danish Design Institute of TEKO and has launched herself straight into her career in fashion. Her debut collection is heavily inspired by insects, geometric shapes and striking silhouettes, and I love the way she has presented it, merging several figures to create a mutated version of her pieces.
The almost illustrative images are haunting and I would definitely buy them as prints, though they may scare me in the middle of the night...The collection itself is beautifully sculpted and crafted, her choice of colours reflect the striking presentation. The exaggerated jacket is a particular favourite of mine, I can imagine myself wearing it whilst I smugly roam around London showing it off.
