Charles Rennie Mackintosh, a Scottish architect, designer and painter, an exponent of the so-called Glasgow movement, the most important exponent of Art Nouveau in the United Kingdom still, for some, he is instead considered one of the precursors of this movement, designed the DS3 chair in 1918 and produced by Cassina, in the "I Maestri" collection, starting from 1975.

In open pore black, painted ash, with straw seat and mother-of-pearl inserts
