Nikki McCullagh owns a really exquisite 2,500-square-foot apartment in her palazzetto on Venice’s Grand Canal. This design and interior lover made with a help of French decorator Jacques Grange and architects Alberto Tosello and Barbara de Stefano of Venice’s TA Architettura an exceptional work mixing the traditional Venetian style of brooding wood paneling and heavy, rich fabrics with simple and classy furniture. A great example is a dining space with stone dining by Angelo Mangiarotti and suspension lamps by Luigi Caccia Dominioni or the “Salon Salute”, a smaller living room containing upholstered pieces like the Cassina armchair by Gio Ponti and a hammered-brass Arredoluce suspension lamp by Angelo Lelli, not to mention the picturesque view of the domed baroque Santa Maria della Salute church.
