Paris, especially the third arrondissement is richer of a new, unique and with character boutique hotel. Built in 1791 by the Duc de Choiseul, Luois XV´s chief minister, the building is facing Théatre National de l'Opéra Comique, but is not so far from even more well-known Opéra Garnier and rue Vivienne, actually is located somehow in-between everything mentioned. In 2013 the building was took over by hoteliers Nadia Murano and Denis Nourry, owners of the Christian Lacroix designed "l´Hotel du Petit Moulin" in Marais, who turned this building into a beautiful boutique hotel. It took a two-year restoration led by the Milanese duo from Dimore Studio that made a unique and refined interior with a strong Art Deco influences. This new Paris address has in total 26 rooms, a small heated swimming pool and also hammam, is a true experience equipped by velvet and mahogany interior, Fontana Arte and Flos lamps, orange-toned Seventies fabrics and Asian-inspired screens, orange sofas, O. Borsani brass headboards and Louis de Poortere rugs.
