She is one of "Made in France" fashion forces, passionate traveller, mum of twin teenage sons, wife and currently also a creative director of Gerard Darell. This is just a perfect way to introduce you her 10th arrondisment, yes stylish, but most of all very eclectic apartment in Paris. A table and chairs in the living room are from the 1959 Grand Prix Jacobsen collection. The first was found in Berlin and the chairs in Denmark. Photographs and ornaments add a personal touch and warmth to every shelf. In the bedroom you can find many little treasures, like an old kimono from Tokyo, hanged on the wall above the bed. Brigitte likes receiving lots of people in the apartment and it´s for her the best excuse to organise big diners; yes, cooking is her huge passion too, so home baked bread is just a detail for her, while making something Italian.
The coolest part come always at the end, so before you enjoy and get inspired, just mind her* best ever advice: "It’s important not to consider the flat like a museum, it has to be comfortable and somewhere you really live."
