KRIS VAN ASSCHE to close his eponymous label

Kris Van Assche has announced to take on
stand-by his 10 years old eponymous
brand in odred to focus on his Dior Homme role. "Times are tough for
independent labels. This wonderful adventure has reached a point where I feel
the need to take a break and some distance to better think about how to develop
my brand in the future." said Van Assche to WWD. The label stocked in 30
countries worldwide will not produce, neither distribute its 2015 collection.
Describing the label aethethic “A sense of
style, a search for contemporary elegance, a fashion-oriented yet wearable
alternative.", Van Assche add “Awaiting the right project for my label, I
will now focus on Dior Homme in order to enhance what I have been working on
during my first eight years as men's artistic director for Dior.". See you
