BiG LEATHER JACKET

Jackets, blazers, coats, parkas,...in one word outwear, this is what I have the most in my wardrobe. This is always the first garment I am checking, looking, discovering while shopping (online and not). No matter in which season or material (the best one is a must). The common denominator is: special or unique. No surprise then if I say that outwear pieces are my favorite ones. I think they build the whole outfit. An alpha dog in the clothing "kingdom". Leather jacket has an important role among them. The most particular and special one that I have is from Barbara i Gongini, bought in Paris last spring. Made from super-soft lamb leather, featuring various zippers and buttons for multi-closure possibilities to obtain different forms. One jacket, many different looks. It has a detachable collar, useable also as a scarf. Unusual, alternative and very unique. A timeless piece even if doesn´t fit in a (traditional) classic-look norm.
