This is what Albert Elbaz, the creative
mind behind Lanvin, proposed to us, to not take life that seriously, to play,
have fun and stand out of the mass. This was more than an invitation; this was a
true ode to what women need from fashion right now: have fun, fell sexy and stay strong.
The collection was made mostly by lurex and metallic, but also got some tweeds,
laces, brocades in totally 60 different variations of fabrics, proposed in jewelry
colors as quartz, crystal, jade, opal, emerald, sapphire, turquoise, besides
gold and metallic bronze. For the contrast there was black and white. The collection got all Lanvin elements: little black
dresses, androgynous tailoring (for example jackets and slim pants), bias-cut
dresses and jumpsuits.
