This handbag is made from black leather, featuring a large panel of orange snakeskin in the centre of either side. The black leather on the main body of the bag has a very subtle wrinkled effect to its grain. The bag fastens with a metal zip that runs across the entire top and sides of the bag, and features a long, leather zip pull. There are also two handles comprised of straps that can be adjusted for length using a metal buckle on either side. There is also a metal ring on each opposite side that can be used to attach a longer shoulder strap, which again can be adjusted for length using a metal buckle. The bag is fully lined and features an inside pocket that fastens with a metal zip and leather zip pull. Below the pocket opening is a leather patch that reads, ‘Dries Van Noten’.
This leather has been treated with a special technique. Lifting of the scales is considered a part of the look and not a defect.
